Order Requests & Booking

The Order Request Form is an inquiry only. Dates are not held and designs are not scheduled until I confirm availability and a non-refundable retainer is paid.

A non-refundable retainer (50% unless otherwise stated) is required to reserve your date; the remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup. Orders placed without timely payment may be canceled.

Right to Decline Orders


I reserve the right to decline any order at my discretion, including designs that do not align with my brand, values, schedule, or skill set.

Design Boundaries (No Characters, No Politics)


No licensed characters, logos, team marks, or trademarked brands (e.g., Disney, NFL, colleges). I’m happy to create an inspired look using a similar style, color palette, or theme—but not direct replicas.

No political designs (no campaign/promotional political themes on cookies or cookie cakes).

Artistic Style & Substitutions


All cookies are handmade; slight variations in color, shape, and detail are normal.

Photo references will be treated as inspiration, not exact duplication.

I may make minor design adjustments for aesthetics, structural integrity, or food safety.

Changes & Approvals

One round of minor revisions is included before finalization.

After an order is finalized, changes are accepted up to 7 days before pickup (fees may apply; some changes may not be possible).

Cancellations & Refunds

Retainers are non-refundable.

If you cancel 7 days before pickup, any payments beyond the retainer will be refunded.

Cancellations within 7 days of pickup are non-refundable, as supplies and time are already allocated.

If I must cancel due to emergency/force majeure, you’ll receive a full refund.

Lead Time & Rush Orders


Booking early is best—2–3 weeks’ notice is recommended for custom sets.

Rush orders may be available and incur a rush fee.

Pricing & Minimums

Pricing depends on design complexity, colors, scripts, and add-ons.

Minimums and tiered pricing are listed on my site and may change without notice until your order is finalized with payment.

Pickup, Handling & Late Pickups

Local pickup in Pittsburgh, PA only (no shipping).

Please inspect your order at pickup. Once the order leaves my possession, I’m not responsible for damage due to transport, handling, or storage.

Late pickups may incur a holding fee or require rescheduling based on availability.

Allergen & Kitchen Notice
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens (including wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts).

It is the customer’s responsibility to share allergen needs before booking. I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Storage & Freshness

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature, away from heat and sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Best enjoyed within 3–5 days (or freeze properly for longer).

Photos & Portfolio Use


I may photograph your order and share images on my website/social media for portfolio purposes. If you prefer privacy, please request it in writing when booking.

Communication


All design details, dates, and pickup times must be confirmed in writing (email or order message).

If I do not receive responses or payment by the stated deadlines, your date may be released.

Satisfaction Policy


If there’s an issue with your order, notify me within 24 hours of pickup with photos. I care deeply about your experience and will work with you within the bounds of these policies.
