When to Order
We recommend booking your custom cookies at least 2 weeks in advance. Dates fill quickly during holidays and event seasons, so the earlier, the better! We’ll always try to accommodate if our schedule allows.

We’ll Confirm Your Order
Within 2-3 business days, we’ll respond with availability, any follow-up questions, and a personalized quote with mock-up designs based on your design tier and cookie count.

Pay to Reserve Your Date
Once your quote is approved, we’ll send you an invoice. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on our calendar. Your order is not confirmed until this deposit is paid.

Final Details & Pickup Confirmation
We’ll stay in touch as your pickup date approaches to confirm pickup time. The remaining balance is due at pickup (or you can choose to prepay in full in advance).
Our Cookies Have Personality
Baked in small batches with imported Italian flour and never frozen, our soft and buttery sugar cookies put flavor first. Because they’re handmade, each cookie has its own little personality and may not look exactly like the next. That’s part of the charm (and the yum).
